Push Start Fitness Spring 2013 Out door Boot Camp



SPRING/SUMMER OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP

Get Ready to Shape up and Firm up those stubborn areas.
The Ultimate Outdoor Boot Camp will help you prevent or break that plateau in order to shed those stubborn pounds or even to gain strength and endurance. Be determined now, and reach your goals!

The boot camp consists of:


  • Cardio Drills
  • Core Training
  • Weights and resistance training
  • Balance and Stability exercises
  • Obstacle courses and Plyometrics
  • Yoga based stretching
  • Nutritional Information and tips.

The Classes will be one hour long and held at least twice a week.
Sign up for six to eight weeks at a time, starting in April and continuing until October, outdoors. Classes then will be held and continued at an in door location for winter months.
Classes will be held in Brampton, Caledon, and Mississauga areas.
Registry begins March 1st for out door, call 416 -319-7614.

Packages:

6 weeks $180 Includes twice a week sessions total of 12 sessions.
8 weeks $214 Includes twice a week sessions total of 16 sessions.

FALL SESSION OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP



The outdoor boot camp will run right through the fall until the end of October and/or beginning of November. Sign up offers; six week or four week packages that include twice a week sessions. You can also add a third session a week for an extra fee of thirty dollars.

For first timers, your first class is a drop in fee of $13.50. If you are a student or will be away during your session pay as you go can be an option.

Fall Session Packages:

6 Week Package $180 Includes twice a week sessions.
4 Week Package $108 Includes twice a week sessions.

Add a third session a week for only $30 dollars.

Boot Camp for the fall will be weather permitting. If a class is canceled, there will be a make up class available. Please feel free to contact me for more info.
